Deal Lead, Corporate Development

Execute M&A and venture opportunities for the Corporate Development team, shaping Kraken’s strategic direction. Lead end-to-end deal work from initial diligence through closing, including negotiations with target leadership and coordination of cross-functional stakeholders. Prepare deal memos, pro forma models, and valuation analyses (e.g., DCF and comparable multiples), identify key risks, and build executive alignment. Contribute to process improvements and mentoring within Corporate Development.
