  • •Deep familiarity with the M&A process (and venture), including legal matters and integration planning.
  • •Ability to drive consensus and coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering).
  • •Understanding of the global regulatory environment around crypto and financial services.
