Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain the transformation roadmap, including scope, achievements, critical paths, and interdependencies across workstreams.
  • •Facilitate identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation of program risks and dependencies, ensuring regulatory, compliance, and operational risks are addressed.
  • •Drive planning, measurement, and tracking of progress and benefits realization aligned to strategic outcomes; support resource planning and capacity tracking.
  • •Enable and maintain governance frameworks (e.g., steering committees, approvals, design workshops) and manage standards, templates, and change control processes.
  • •Develop executive reporting (dashboards/status reports/executive packs), manage the program calendar, and support change enablement, adoption metrics, and phased rollouts.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of proven experience in project/program management, preferably with a consulting firm.
  • •Hands-on experience establishing Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or Centers of Excellence (COEs), including operating model design and governance framework setup.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs (e.g., operating model redesign, shared services, process re-engineering, or large-scale systems implementation).
