Job Summary

Lead a multi-year Operating Model Transformation by running governance, planning, and performance management across solution lines, regions, and functions. Build and maintain the transformation roadmap, manage program risks and dependencies, and track progress and benefits realization. Enable steering committees and change control, produce executive-ready reporting, and partner on change enablement, adoption metrics, and phased rollouts. Hybrid role working virtually and from U.S. offices.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain the transformation roadmap, including scope, achievements, critical paths, and interdependencies across workstreams.
•Facilitate identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation of program risks and dependencies, ensuring regulatory, compliance, and operational risks are addressed.
•Drive planning, measurement, and tracking of progress and benefits realization aligned to strategic outcomes; support resource planning and capacity tracking.
•Enable and maintain governance frameworks (e.g., steering committees, approvals, design workshops) and manage standards, templates, and change control processes.
•Develop executive reporting (dashboards/status reports/executive packs), manage the program calendar, and support change enablement, adoption metrics, and phased rollouts.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of proven experience in project/program management, preferably with a consulting firm.
•Hands-on experience establishing Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or Centers of Excellence (COEs), including operating model design and governance framework setup.
•Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs (e.g., operating model redesign, shared services, process re-engineering, or large-scale systems implementation).
•Experience supervising or managing people.
•Ability to work in a matrixed, global organization with senior executive collaborators.
