Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Asset Operations Organization impacting asset planning, growth, profitability, and efficiency.
  • •Manage field operations and lead operations teams and field personnel to deliver production, budget, schedule, and HSE targets in compliance with laws, policies, and the contract.
  • •Interact and liaise with Operating Company representatives, contractors, regulators, authorities, unions, and local community to facilitate strategy awareness, delivery, and compliance.
  • •Monitor the Asset Team and supervise operating personnel to ensure adherence to competency, HSE, and Quality plans.
  • •Ensure operations stay within OPEX and CAPEX budgets and deliver the annual work program and budget relevant to field operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in Petroleum or Operations Engineering.
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in production operations, including oil & gas operations.
  • •Management experience in production operations.
  • •Ability to lead field operations safely while meeting production, budget, schedule, and HSE targets.
  • •Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
