Key Responsibilities

•Lead a highly motivated and skilled team to meet business objectives and drive performance in processing operations.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners, ensuring openness, transparency, and accountability in supporting their business needs.
•Drive operational change programmes and support other Business Service initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•Ensure customer-centric service delivery, maintain high-quality, high-volume processing with adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
•Provide ongoing staff development, knowledge retention, and a clear career progression framework for team members.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in International Trade operations
•Strong International Trade background with in-depth knowledge of ICC Publications (UCP/URC/ISBP/URR) and ICC opinions
•Strong business-oriented communication skills with the ability to negotiate under time pressure
•Strong logical thinking and decision-making skills with a customer‑oriented mindset
•Ability to manage resources of the unit and structure teams to achieve cost/service targets
