Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
  • •Greet customers promptly and provide complete, accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts while establishing promised time.
  • •Monitor repair progress throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes to estimates or promise time, including authorization for additional repairs.
  • •Test-drive the vehicle or coordinate with the test technician as necessary.

Key Requirements
