Box Office Supervisor- Punch Line Philly

Supervise daily and nightly box office operations for will call, guest list, ticket sales, and ticket scanning, while supporting box office staff and ensuring ongoing training. Manage cash handling and daily ticket sales reconciliation, oversee inventory and secure ticketing systems, and coordinate event and venue information with internal teams and the public. Provide superior guest service, assist with staffing and evaluations, and help ensure compliance with ADA ticket laws.
