Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner brand stakeholders, including executives and marketing/ops teams.
•Collaborate to develop and execute a strategic vision for the credit card program aligned with partner objectives.
•Drive customer acquisition and maximize value of existing cardholders, monitoring performance to identify growth opportunities.
•Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and lead annual/quarterly planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
•Ensure regulatory/compliance adherence and implement risk management to protect the program's financial health.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of program, relationship management, operations, and marketing experience in financial services, preferably in a co-brand credit card environment.
•Proven ability to serve in a client services role and align two brands to drive mutual growth.

•Strong business acumen with a track record of owning and managing P&Ls and leveraging data to inform decisions.
•Budgeting and planning experience, including allocating marketing budgets and forecasting growth.
