Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Produce and present cost plans, including final cost plans at design milestones, and provide cost planning inputs during design.
  • •Review and coordinate cost information with design services, the general contractor, owners, and suppliers; reconcile changes and support contractor data accuracy.
  • •Manage valuations, post-contract cost variances, change control, contingency/commitment tracking, and cost auditing/validation processes.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, support funding data presentations and VE sessions, and help ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed in a timely manner.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or actively working towards it (preferred).
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium or large construction projects with medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong construction consultancy experience and knowledge of procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
