Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end product development and launch of assigned life insurance products (e.g., HNW, legacy, endowment, retirement and index-linked plans).
  • •Convert customer insights, market trends, and distribution feedback into differentiated product propositions and innovative products.
  • •Partner with Actuarial on benefit design and pricing to balance customer value, competitiveness, profitability and risk.
  • •Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and approvals through implementation, launch and post-launch review.
  • •Drive cross-functional delivery to ensure timely execution and operational readiness, including go-to-market sales enablement and ongoing performance monitoring and enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in life insurance product development/management or closely related roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of traditional savings/retirement products, including index-linked savings plans, with awareness of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders across diverse functions.
  • •Strong commercial and analytical skills, including positioning, product benchmarking, experience tracking, and improving product performance metrics (e.g., profitability, persistency, sales).
  • •Degree in Business, Actuarial or related discipline, with excellent written and verbal communication and an innovation/problem-solving mindset.
