Job Summary

Lead and grow a distributed team of Solutions Architects (pre-sales) across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe. As a player-coach, you’ll guide technical strategy through complex sales cycles, directly partner on strategic opportunities, and help translate customer requirements into measurable business outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product Management, and the global Solutions Architecture team to build scalable operating rhythms, exec relationships, and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects across Central & Eastern Europe, setting direction and enabling high-quality execution.
•Act as a player-coach on strategic opportunities, building executive relationships and coaching through complex sales cycles to secure technical wins.
•Guide regional strategy for technical evaluations, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements to produce meaningful technical and business outcomes.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with global Solutions Architecture, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product Management to align priorities and deliver on regional goals.
•Maintain operational discipline (workload planning, resourcing, headcount, opportunity forecasting) and define KPIs; hire, develop, and retain high-performing Solutions Architects.
