Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate multiple blow molding machines and vision systems using work instructions and the computer interface.
  • •Start and maintain blow mold machine operation to keep machines running and producing quality bottles with minimal downtime, including communicating issues to the next shift.
  • •Complete mold changes and set-ups and perform minor maintenance activities.
  • •Monitor and recognize visual quality defects, make appropriate adjustments, and maintain documentation for quality checks, testing, downtime, housekeeping, and data entry.
  • •Follow safety rules and PPE requirements, communicate hazards, and report unsafe acts, conditions, or accidents; perform other duties as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous blow mold or injection mold training/experience preferred, or manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude.
