Job Summary

Operate multiple blow molding machines and vision systems for rigid PET packaging. Maintain running performance to minimize downtime, complete mold changes, set-ups, and minor maintenance, and support injection machine operators and other team members. Monitor visual quality defects, adjust to correct issues, and document quality checks, testing, downtime, housekeeping, and data entry. Follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and report hazards immediately.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Operate multiple blow molding machines and vision systems using work instructions and the computer interface.
•Start and maintain blow mold machine operation to keep machines running and producing quality bottles with minimal downtime, including communicating issues to the next shift.
•Complete mold changes and set-ups and perform minor maintenance activities.
•Monitor and recognize visual quality defects, make appropriate adjustments, and maintain documentation for quality checks, testing, downtime, housekeeping, and data entry.
•Follow safety rules and PPE requirements, communicate hazards, and report unsafe acts, conditions, or accidents; perform other duties as directed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Previous blow mold or injection mold training/experience preferred, or manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude.
