Job Summary

Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing Functional Consultant responsible for L2/L3 production support, incident management, and functional troubleshooting across manufacturing and related supply chain modules. Works closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, root-cause analysis, and continuous process stability in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing modules in a production environment.
•Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve manufacturing related incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
•Handle shift handovers, priority incidents, and business critical issues during month end and peak operations.
•Perform functional root cause analysis (RCA) and work closely with technical teams for permanent fixes.
•Support core Discrete Manufacturing processes, including BOM, Routings, and Work in Process (WIP).

Key Requirements

•Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing functional experience with hands-on knowledge of BOM, Routings and Work in Process (WIP).
•Experience in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and month-end support in a production environment.
•Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and provide implementation advice to customers.
•Proven track record in L2/L3 functional support, troubleshooting manufacturing incidents, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
•Strong coordination with technical teams and business/users to ensure smooth operations and continuous process stability.
