Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build AI-enabled executive and self-service finance dashboards, owning requirements, data modeling, development, UAT, deployment, and maintenance.
  • •Create and maintain scalable semantic data models and certified metric frameworks on FDP in collaboration with data engineering teams.
  • •Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from enterprise data warehouse environments.
  • •Develop and deploy AI-powered analytics solutions using LLMs, AI agents, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and related tools; prototype and evaluate AI use cases for finance reporting.
  • •Ensure data quality through mapping/validation/reconciliation, document data lineage, and act as the primary finance BI liaison for the finance semantic layer with DSG and Corporate IT.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of work experience with an advanced degree (Master's, MBA, JD, or MD).
  • •5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial reporting with increasing scope and responsibility.
  • •Proven experience building enterprise dashboards in Power BI with strong DAX, semantic modeling, and governance practices.
  • •Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data transformations, querying, validation, and automation.
  • •Solid understanding of finance management reporting cycles and dimensional data modeling for scalable BI solutions.
