•Run the end-to-end UK Financial Promotions and Asset Listings approval workflow as first-line approver, maintaining a clear audit trail.
•Build, improve, and scale UK operational processes and workflows; identify inefficiencies and drive automation for new product launches and regulatory change.
•Lead UK product governance, coordinating launch timelines and facilitating stakeholder reviews to ensure readiness before go-live.
•Prepare governance and senior stakeholder reporting with visibility into financial promotions activity, operational performance, and key risks for ExCo and the Board.
•Partner with the central Customer Experience team to deliver local UK CX initiatives focused on onboarding, support outcomes, and customer satisfaction.

•Build and scale operational processes in a regulated environment, with judgment to engage Legal, Compliance, and Product stakeholders appropriately.
•Define and implement operational policies and procedures that withstand regulatory scrutiny, including audit-ready documentation.
•Gather, organize, and interpret operational data to inform decisions and produce reporting for senior leadership.
•Use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
