Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the butchery unit and hands-on meat processing, packaging, and safe storage while directing and motivating the warehouse team.
  • •Apply analytical skills to track stock on hand (SOH), audit goods received, minimize wastage, and perform cost-benefit analyses to improve unit profitability.
  • •Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to control temperature-sensitive goods, optimize space, and maintain all butchery facilities and equipment.
  • •Lead the floor and operations to ensure adherence to SLAs and safety standards, driving continuous improvement in workflow and processes.
  • •Develop and mentor staff to build a capable team that can operate independently and meet performance targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • •3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
  • •At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or food distribution preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory tools.
