Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the customer interface at meetings, tests, and reviews to develop integration plans and support customer success for communications and data systems.
  • •Ensure contract deliverables are completed on time and per customer expectations by distilling requirements into actionable development objectives.
  • •Drive prototype development by coordinating internal/external stakeholders and collaborating with subsystem representatives to ensure end-to-end mission success.
  • •Support all program phases including pre-sales consultations, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and steady state operations, including educating customers on designs and methodologies.
  • •Project manage network-centric features for Starshield customers and interface with network and software engineering to deliver turnkey solutions or identify gaps for new product development.

Key Requirements
