Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership across Inspection Centers, stay close to shop-floor realities, and ensure culture and behaviors align with company values.
  • •Lead production management by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving problems impacting IQR performance, and ensure operating standards and compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention requirements.
  • •Partner with Reconditioning, Market Ops, and Logistics to align production plans, remove cross-functional bottlenecks, and keep vehicles moving across the broader supply chain.
  • •Identify network-wide patterns and lead continuous improvement efforts; translate field realities into clear input for Product Management on tool, workflow, and system design.
  • •Train and mentor managers on problem-solving and process improvement; collaborate with People Operations to build pipelines, benches, training, certification, and hold leaders accountable for results.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of combined operations and strategy experience, including significant experience leading large teams (100+ associates) in automotive or lean manufacturing (or a comparable operations leadership role).
  • •Proven ability to lead and develop associates and managers at scale, including building leadership benches.
  • •Demonstrated experience using data and analysis to drive operating strategy and continuous improvement.
  • •Ability to travel 50–75% across the network (field-based role with no fixed office location requirement).
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
