Drive GTM readiness for new product releases and feature updates by owning the enablement lifecycle and building accurate project trackers. Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Enablement, and GTM to align stakeholders and run dry-runs ahead of training deployments. Translate technical product documentation into engaging eLearning, playbooks, release summaries, and interactive training. Continuously maintain training content as the platform evolves using tools like Monday.com.

Key Responsibilities

•Own enablement for new product releases and feature updates, including managing project trackers to certify GTM teams ahead of launch.
•Serve as the connective tissue between Product, PMM, Enablement, and GTM; lead stakeholder alignment sessions and dry-runs.
•Develop instructional learning assets by transforming technical product documentation and release notes into eLearnings, playbooks, and interactive training.
•Become a definitive subject matter expert on Addepar platform mechanics and the product roadmap.
•Audit and update training content to reflect real-time platform changes and lead GTM enablement strategy.
•Provide leadership with visibility into milestones, timelines, and deliverables using internal project management tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,000 - 106,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a software education services role, or experience in support, professional services, sales, marketing, or relationship management in financial services or SaaS technology.
•Experience with Gong, Workramp, or equivalent tools.
•Strong presentation skills.
•Demonstrated knowledge of the Wealth Management industry.
•Experience managing projects from start to finish, with strong organizational and logistical planning skills.
