Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • •Strong understanding of QC laboratory operations, GMP, and quality systems.
  • •Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and performance management.
  • •Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
  • •Experience leading complex projects/programmes or transformation initiatives in a global environment.
