Partner with Global Functions leaders to shape financial insight across budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results, build financial models and scenario analysis, and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and actionable commentary. Drive continuous improvement by supporting automation, standardization, and finance transformation initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and decision-making.

•Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results with actionable business recommendations.
•Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles aligned to strategic objectives.
•Develop and maintain financial models, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and enable decision-making.
•Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
•Ensure compliance with financial processes and support automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years’ experience in Finance or FP&A within a complex, multinational organisation.
•Part qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA or equivalent).
•Strong FP&A experience, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling.
•Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and communicate clear, actionable insights.
•Experience improving reporting/financial analysis through automation and visualisation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI).
