  • •Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results with actionable business recommendations.
  • •Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles aligned to strategic objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain financial models, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and enable decision-making.
  • •Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years’ experience in Finance or FP&A within a complex, multinational organisation.
  • •Part qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA or equivalent).
  • •Strong FP&A experience, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling.
  • •Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and communicate clear, actionable insights.
  • •Experience improving reporting/financial analysis through automation and visualisation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI).
