Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage a dedicated data center and other segments project management team.
  • •Implement and standardize data center and KAM-specific processes to meet field customer demands.
  • •Serve as leadership-level single point of contact for data center customers, supporting sales growth and handling escalations.
  • •Manage project-based P&L, project costs, and timely achievement of project milestones.
  • •Coordinate the full project life cycle including testing and commission, plus post-commission warranty support and parts/manpower planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering.
  • •Experience managing projects organizations and delivering projects through their full lifecycle.
  • •Strong customer communication skills and ability to act as a leadership-level SPOC for customers.
  • •Ability to work with key country-level stakeholders and interface with regional engineering and regional leaders.
  • •Knowledge of airside and controls is an advantage; knowledge of chillers servicing is an advantage.
