Senior Mechanical Engineer, Hardware Test - X-BAT (R5271)

Design and develop mechanical test fixtures, test stands, and environmental test hardware for the X-BAT autonomous aircraft platform. Create CAD models, drawings, and manufacturing documentation, then support qualification and reliability testing across vibration, thermal, and endurance regimes. Work with cross-functional engineering teams to define test requirements, troubleshoot failures with diagnostic hardware, and partner with machine shops and vendors to build and maintain robust lab and field-deployable test infrastructure.
