Key Requirements

  • •Experience building or managing enterprise localization or content operations programs, with familiarity with localization tools, workflows, and vendor relationships.
  • •Ability to develop a clear framework for when human review is required, tuned to content type, audience, risk, and context.
  • •Deep familiarity with headless CMS architecture; Sanity experience is a strong plus.
  • •Comfortable with Node.js and TypeScript, and able to build simple web apps and functional prototypes independently end-to-end.
  • •Comfort building with AI development tools like Claude Code or Cursor and collaborating in real time with engineers.
