Financial Wellness Associate

Serve clients in a branch-based hybrid role by processing financial transactions and using those interactions to identify financial wellness opportunities. Split time between client servicing and transaction support and engaging clients through in-person conversations and proactive calling to uncover needs, provide guidance, and transition clients to bankers when appropriate. Coordinate with branch teammates to prioritize high-impact activities, meet individual goals, maintain product knowledge, and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures.
