  • •Provide field supervision for building renovation, infrastructure upgrades, and utility trade work.
  • •Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff through daily coordination meetings and field progress meetings.
  • •Own planning and scheduling using pull planning, short-interval planning, and look-ahead scheduling; manage sequencing across demolition, abatement (if applicable), structural modifications, MEP, and utilities.
  • •Enforce safety requirements (including OSHA and site safety plans) and oversee field quality through inspections, mockups, testing/commissioning, and punch-list turnover.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent) and typically 5-10 years of experience in general construction.
  • •Background in project management, project coordination, or related work.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computers (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Procore experience preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (DUI, hit & run, suspension, reckless/careless driving, or multiple preventable collisions in prior 3 years).
