Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Head of Delivery as a senior member of the Mystery Shopping PM team; lead larger projects when needed and enable overall team success with clients.
  • •Oversee project setup and launch by coaching PMs to translate client briefs into survey forms, guidelines, and platform scoring logic; review schedules and field briefs.
  • •Drive delivery performance by mentoring PMs to track completion rates, manage risks across active locations, and provide escalation support for complex field issues and client conversations.
  • •Ensure data quality by guiding QA best practices, spot-checking receipts/audio/photos, and reviewing/signing off client-facing progress updates and final dashboard/dataset deliverables.
  • •Improve delivery through advising best practice and ensuring automation is used where possible, building knowledge across capabilities in Delivery and collaborating with Client Success, Operations, IT, and Commercial Support.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record managing multiple research or mystery shopping projects end-to-end, from setup and fieldwork through data checks and delivery.
  • •Demonstrable experience managing project financial performance, scope, and budgets to prevent cost overruns.
  • •Experience in line management (e.g., managing Senior Project Managers/Senior Project Execs/Project Execs) and supporting a team operationally.
  • •Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as Operations, IT, and Client Success to deliver complex projects.
  • •Experience ensuring accuracy through data validation/QA and sign-off for client-facing deliverables.
