Job Summary

Lead complex, large-scale technical programs across multiple engineering, product, and cross-functional teams within Money as a Service. Define cross-functional strategy, planning, and execution to solve complex problems and empower Stripe users. Partner with engineering and product leaders to scope and drive initiatives to conclusion, develop program management frameworks and KPIs, and improve team communication, productivity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and org-wide programs and initiatives.
•Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional partners to define, scope, and drive large programs to conclusion.
•Develop, implement, and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs with clear success criteria.
•Improve how teams communicate and operate to increase productivity and efficiency.
•Define and produce high-quality proposals, communications, and documentation while leveraging data to guide strategic decisions.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, and/or technical program management.
•Track record of providing program management across the full software development lifecycle from kickoff to launch.
•Excellent analytical skills to digest complex information and make recommendations.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders, teams, and senior leaders.
•Ability to operate autonomously and lead large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions across time zones.
