Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the maintenance strategy and build the Arsenal-1 Building 1 organization from scratch, including operating model, org structure, shift coverage, budget, and staffing plan.
  • •Hire and lead maintenance managers, supervisors, skilled-trades technicians (electrical/controls, mechanical/millwright, facilities), and planners/schedulers across tactical/admin roles.
  • •Stand up preventive and predictive maintenance, including PM schedules, job plans, and reliability strategies for manual and automated assembly, machining, fabrication, and facility systems.
  • •Own spare parts and MRO strategy and budget by defining critical spares, stocking levels, reorder points, storeroom operations, and OEM/supplier relationships.
  • •Implement and administer the CMMS for work order management, asset tracking, PM compliance, and KPI reporting; support equipment/automation launches and drive continuous improvement for uptime, MTBF/MTTR, and cost.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environments, including 4+ years in maintenance leadership roles managing managers and/or supervisors.
  • •Based on-site at Arsenal-1 in Ashville, Ohio.
  • •Experience standing up maintenance organizations, PM systems, and spare parts strategies from scratch (greenfield or early-stage preferred).
  • •Ability to own a maintenance budget and represent maintenance in capital planning and site leadership decisions.
  • •Working knowledge of CMMS/work-order systems, tooling, and calibration, with hands-on experience with OEMs and automated production equipment.
