Sales Support Associate III

Support the store’s daily customer experience by providing warm, professional service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-organized, visually updated sales floor. Accurately operate POS and handle cash in line with policy, manage shipments and stockroom readiness, replenish the floor, and assist with customer requests. Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and follow Loss Prevention and housekeeping standards.
