  • •Design scalable, reliable, maintainable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
  • •Stay hands-on through coding, prototyping, code reviews, debugging, and production problem-solving.
  • •Set architecture decisions and trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • •Mentor engineers and strengthen technical capability through actionable feedback, tooling improvements, and incident ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong software engineering background building and shipping production systems.
  • •Deep expertise in one or more areas such as backend, frontend, distributed systems, APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
  • •Strong system design and architecture skills, including making technical decisions for complex or high-scale systems.
  • •Strong coding ability and willingness to remain hands-on, including reviewing code and debugging complex issues.
  • •Proven experience providing technical leadership for major engineering projects or guiding other engineers.
