Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support efforts to collect data and analyze for insights to develop proposals and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • •Develop and deploy improvements to systems and processes using industrial engineering thought leadership and innovation.

  • •Create effective strategies, systems, and processes using statistical manufacturing tools and consulting techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program.
  • •Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly with superiors and peers.
  • •Adept at root-cause and quantitative analysis using analytical skills.
  • •Knowledge and exposure to common IE software (such as Excel, SQL) and IE topics like continuous improvement, Six Sigma, lean, statistics, and process/value stream mapping.
