•Repair smaller-sized vehicle dents using glue-pulling and paintless dent repair techniques.
•Access vehicle panels as part of the dent repair process.
•Perform PDR work on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection centers within a fast-paced production environment.
•Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment while working in varying weather conditions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
•Experience accessing panels, using glue-pulling techniques, and repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may be subject to an MVR check).
•Use of safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
