Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the interactive process for U.S. reasonable accommodation requests from initial request through resolution.
  • •Own and manage accommodation requests outside the United States in partnership with regional People Partners and Employment Legal.
  • •Personally manage complex, high-stakes, or legally ambiguous accommodation cases and guide others on straightforward cases.
  • •Partner with Benefits and external accommodation platform vendors to support timely, accurate case review.
  • •Develop scalable processes and documentation, deliver education/enablement, and maintain records and accommodation metrics.
