Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Project Management in managing new and existing client relationships and driving revenue through new work and renewals.
  • •Lead bid teams and proposal generation efforts with business generation and senior management teams.
  • •Provide weekly updates on project status, initiatives, staffing, and flag issues or conflicts as needed.
  • •Provide line management for assigned staff, including coaching and mentoring to support professional growth.
