•Take full ownership of store performance by driving business growth through strategic planning and KPI monitoring.
•Oversee inventory management, back-of-house operations, and visual merchandising; execute product strategy with sales planning and retail marketing teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 53,000 - 66,000 annually

•5+ years of relevant retail experience, with a sports industry background being a strong advantage.
