Own the Americas benefits ecosystem and help execute a global benefits strategy across health, risk, retirement, and flexible offerings. Design and maintain data flows between Rewards, People Ops, and Payroll, manage brokers and benefits vendors, and use market and claims analytics to keep programs competitive and sustainable. Ensure compliance with local regulations and global policies, and partner cross-functionally to educate employees and align benefits to talent goals and budgets.
