Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end compliance content lifecycle across Transaction Monitoring, Screening, and EDD, including intake, prioritization, creation, review, approval, publishing, and change communication.
•Lead a small team of 2–3 contractors by assigning work, setting priorities, and ensuring consistent quality and delivery against deadlines.
•Manage the Transaction Monitoring function through weekly change management meetings, tracking the book of work, resolving blockers, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
•Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to scale content production, streamline intake, and reduce manual effort.
•Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, L&D, Operations, 2nd Line Compliance, and Program teams to align content and process changes; shape the AI strategy for the content domain and drive adoption.

•Ability to build and manage AI agents and automated workflows, including driving AI strategy and adoption within a functional domain.
