Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure full compliance with BH Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements and promote a strong safety culture on site.
  • •Support construction execution by coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure readiness and proper work planning.
  • •Monitor construction progress and contribute to optimization and continuous improvement based on operational needs.
  • •Support QA/QC activities, including preparation of non-conformance reports and follow-up of corrective actions.
  • •Maintain effective communication and coordination with customer representatives and manage construction documentation and reporting accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in operational construction activities, site operations, or production environments.
  • •Solid knowledge of workplace health, safety, and quality standards and practices.
  • •Familiarity with fabrication processes, welding, dimensional controls, and painting supervision in industrial contexts (preferably O&G).
  • •Be fluent in English and Italian and hold a valid EU work permit.
