Lead Lot Operations Specialist (Manheim)

Lead and coordinate daily vehicle lot operations to ensure vehicles are staged, parked, inventoried, and sale-day ready. Serve as the primary shift point of contact, monitor workflow and productivity, and communicate operational priorities and process changes. Promote safety and compliance, verify vehicle locations and inventory accuracy using company systems and handheld technology, and train/coach Lot Operations Specialists. Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and maintain accurate, timely vehicle processing.
