Lead bid content creation and management for complex technical proposals in a hybrid UK environment. Key Responsibilities

•Identify ITT/RFP/ITN requirements and develop recommendations for appropriate proposal document structure and content plans.
•Collaborate with Bid Manager and subject matter experts to populate content plans ahead of the Bid/Proposal kick-off.
•Lead document authors in preparing proposal volumes and artifacts, delivering inputs to the Bid Manager by deadlines and escalating issues as required.
•Develop and maintain the book plan, coordinating content creation activities and resources to time and schedule while tracking key milestones.
•Coach document authors and subject matter experts in bid writing best practices and persuasive writing techniques.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing complex proposals in a technical market.
•Strong attention to detail and structured, rigorous approach to proposal compliance.
•Experience in persuasive writing and embedding win themes across proposals.
•Experience leading successful Colour Team reviews and coordinating bid content.
•APMP Bid Management Practitioner Certification or similar (Desirable)
