Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop distributed mission software services that connect vehicles to command and control for coordinated multi-vehicle operations.
  • •Own messaging, orchestration, and networking backbones used across mission execution.
  • •Integrate services with Lattice OS and coordinate fleets of vehicles in the field.
  • •Task and manage mission payloads and effects as part of end-to-end mission workflows.
  • •Collaborate with hardware, systems, and program management teams to deploy software into operational use (including test and build activities).

Key Requirements

  • •BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • •2-3+ years of production-grade C++ or Rust experience in a Linux development environment.
  • •Experience building low-latency, high performance software solutions.
  • •Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration, plus experience with Git & GitHub.
  • •Ability to take software from initial development through fielded deployment while working closely with other teams and travel up to 30%.
