Key Requirements

  • •Advanced understanding of HVAC retrofit, modification, repair, and replacement projects in a Commercial/Industrial environment.
  • •Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to successfully lead a project team and convey technical concepts clearly.
  • •Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Project Management degree; or an associates degree plus 5–8 years’ experience managing commercial HVAC service projects.
  • •Experience with project schedules and PM software.
  • •Valid driver’s license (minimum 12 months) with no major/frequent traffic violations (within 1 year required).
