Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling and budget drawdown/retirement.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels.
  • •Lead and run comprehensive schedule and cost-effective risk assessment (QCRA/QSRA) and deliver risk reviews at regular intervals.
  • •Establish integration of the risk management function within program/project controls, with touch points to cost/schedule management, change control, and reporting.
  • •Lead construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, disputes advice, delay recovery, and management of final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge and experience with risk identification, facilitation, and techniques.
