Join the LIVE Operations team to support TikTok LIVE initiatives across content strategy, monetization, and agency partnerships. As an agency operations project intern, you’ll work with the central marketing team to develop and execute media plans, deliver media assets on time, and analyze performance to optimize channels and content. You’ll also analyze agency performance data, help develop operational strategies, and support online/offline events, partner interviews, and content capture.

•Organize online and offline activities, workshops, and participate in industry events and exhibitions.
•Conduct interviews with partners and shoot related materials daily.

•Currently pursuing a Marketing/Business/Communications or related technical discipline, graduating in 2026 or later.
•Fluent in spoken and written English.
•Proficient in basic design and short-video editing software to create posters and H5.
•Able to commit to at least a 3-month internship with 4+ days per week on-site.
