Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute Cognition’s field strategy by delivering extraordinary in-person experiences for top engineering and business leaders
  • •Build deep relationships with regional sales teams and collaboratively develop territory strategies aligned to revenue targets
  • •Own the full lifecycle of each event: planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, onsite execution, attendee management, and follow-up
  • •Localize our core narratives and value propositions for specific industries, geographies, and customer segments
  • •Run pre- and post-event campaign motions to maximize attendance, engagement, follow-up, and conversion

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in field marketing for technical or enterprise software companies
  • •Plan, execute, and measure complex programs tied directly to revenue outcomes
  • •Strong cross-functional partnership skills—you instinctively bring Sales, Product, and Marketing teams into alignment
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with high expectations for quality and speed
  • •Ability to communicate technical products clearly and credibly to senior engineering and business leaders
