Deliver a high-quality client experience by understanding financial needs, educating customers on digital self-service options (ATMs, online and mobile banking), and supporting sales and service through outbound calling. Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), assist with new account openings and issue resolution, follow internal controls and risk policies, and complete ongoing product and sales training.
