Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full analytics workflow for a business-critical function, from raw data to models, dashboards, and insights.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to identify and lead analyses answering key strategic questions and shaping priorities.
  • •Design intuitive dashboards for broad stakeholders to enable fast, data-driven decision-making.
  • •Build and maintain a robust data foundation by collaborating with Engineering to validate and optimize pipelines.
  • •Drive a data-first culture and support scientific decision-making using experimentation data, forecasting, and predictive analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •4–8 years of experience owning analytics for a business function or product area, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • •Deep analytics engineering expertise, including writing clean, performant SQL and building with dbt, Fivetran, and Metabase or Looker.
  • •Strong fundamentals in data modeling, ETLs, and data infrastructure to support scalable analytics.
  • •Curiosity and strategic, outcome-oriented thinking to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • •Clear communication to present crisp takeaways to leadership and cross-functional teams.
