•Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and people leaders within the Detroit Automotive Hub
•Support day-to-day HR needs while helping to enhance the overall employee experience
•Provide guidance on HR policies, programs, and practices with a focus on consistency and fairness
•Act as a connector between the hub and broader HR partners to ensure seamless support and communication
•Partner with managers to support performance management, development planning, and ongoing feedback practices
