Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and renew contract and tender documents for street lighting, traffic signals, and advertising systems, embedding IEC, DEWA, and RTA specifications and service-level KPIs.
•Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of LTSM assets and coordinate with emergency teams for CRM/public/accident-related requests.
•Supervise contractor and vendor prequalification, review work programs and related submissions, and ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and safety requirements.
•Conduct technical field visits, site inspections, defect liability checks, and supervise snag rectification, acceptance testing, and handover processes with contractors/consultants.
•Analyze maintenance trends and recurring issues using KPI dashboards, and lead technology/system upgrades and pilot projects for reliability, sustainability, and lifecycle cost reduction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in engineering.
•Master’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or control systems.
•2+ years of experience (4+ years if holding a Bachelor’s degree) in a related field.
•Knowledge of street lighting and traffic signal systems, including maintenance planning and technical evaluations.
•Ability to supervise technical field visits, inspections, testing, and contractor/vendor compliance.
