Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct tests and measurements across production stages, troubleshooting and solving production process problems with equipment already in operation.
  • •Review field support requirements and recommend tools and test equipment to engineering.
  • •Perform professional work across multiple manufacturing disciplines and may recommend acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials.
  • •Monitor and provide training for new employees, and lead in orienting, training, assigning, and checking work of technical/business support employees.
  • •Follow all safety processes/protocols using company-provided PPE and prepare daily status reports at the end of the shift.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in manufacturing or operations.
  • •At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • •At least one year of leadership experience and/or 3 years of customer service.
  • •Experience using general lab equipment such as meters, power supplies, and small hand-held tools (tweezers, screwdrivers, etc.).
  • •Minimum of 1 year of cryogenics environment experience, plus the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
